By purchasing a ticket ticket and entrance into the event known hereinafter as the "Ice Ball", you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless PoPo Productions, Inc., its owners, officers, agents, employers, and all other persons or entities connected, employed, or otherwise associated with PoPo Productions, Inc. ("Releasees") to the fullest extent allowed by law with regard to any and all liability and damages, including but not limited to attorneys' fees and expenses, on account of, or resulting from, personal injuries or property damages connected or associated with your presence at the Ice Ball, even if caused by negligence of Releasees. You agree to obey and observe the rules of the Ice Ball, and agree to forfeit your ticket, without reimbursement, should you disobey the rules of the Ice Ball. You also agree that PoPo Productions, Inc. has the right to determine the rules for the Ice Ball, and if PoPo Productions, Inc. determines your actions at the Ice Ball to be disruptive, harmful, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate in any way, PoPo Productions, Inc. has the right to remove you from the event, without reimbursement of any costs associated with your attendance, including but not limited to ticket cost and incidental expenses.
You understand that the Ice Ball will have photographers and videographers. You agree that releasees are entitled to use your likeness, images, and verbal/written testimonies related to the Ice Ball in any medium at any time before, during, or after the Ice Ball for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing and advertising.
